Dear AWSC,
Our delegate mentioned in her report Saturday that
the WSO would like to know what talents we have and are willing to offer the
fellowship.
At first, I was ambivalent. Then confused.
Then doubtful of what I could really add (yes, I still have self-esteem
issues).
I just went to the members' website, http://www.al-anon.alateen.org/members,
clicked on "surveys" in the left column, then chose the Unlimited
Abundant Resources Skills Inventory link.
The survey will walk you through the assets-type questions. They ask
things like, "do you have experience in marketing?" You answer
yes or no. If yes, you can rate your experience as beginner,
intermediate, or advanced. It makes it easy. I hope you will
complete the survey and encourage others in your groups to do this, too.
